Antibiotics and analgesics in certain milk products in Taiwan
Up to 70 percent of all dairy products sold in Taiwan may contain derivatives of drugs which have flown into the products from the body of the animals – the Business Weekly Chineses magazine wrote in its latest issue.
According to the report, the contamination could affect the products of the most famous and popular manufacturers. The randomly tested samples contained many chemical derivatives, such as antibiotics, softener pills and found traces of drugs used to treat depression. (MTI, Szerencsi Ágnes)
