Menu of the Anna-bal
The 187th Anna-ball will be held in Balatonfüred on July 28. This year’s guest of honour will be Opatija.
This year's menu contains traditional dishes, that were modernized a bit -said Tóth Ferenc, chef of the Anna Grand Hotel.
The soup will be traditional guinea fowl soup with truffle dumplings, the main course will be chicken breast and mangalica virgin which is areal hungaricum.
The dessert will be triple chocolate cake, pistachio mascarpone and tarragon-raspberry picante. (MTI)
