The success of Nobu surpassed all expectations
The dollar milions, invested into the opening of Nobu in Budapest can return in three or four years, – said Andy Vajna, co-owner of the restaurant to Világgazdaság. The guests will pay an average of twenty thousand forints for a dinner.
“The Nobu’s turnover has surpassed all expectations” – said Andy Vajna, who believe, that in long term, he may contribute in the opening of other Nobu restaurants throughout Europe. Currently Nobu restaurants are operating in Milan, London, Moscow and Budapest in Europe.
The price of the main courses in the restaurant are up to 24 thousand forints. The cheapest dessert is 900 HUF in the Nobu. If we want to drink a very special cognac, we can pay 60 thousand HUF for it. A piece of sushi or sashimi cost a minimum 600 HUF – reports Origo.
