AM: it is possible to purchase new plots of land

In the next phase of the land sale program, more than a thousand settlements will have the opportunity to purchase state-owned plots of land with an area of less than 10 hectares. Purchase offers can be made for the parcels of land for 30 days, i.e. until January 16, on the interface of the Electronic Tender System (EPR) of the Ministry of Agriculture (AM), the Ministry of Agriculture announced to MTI on Wednesday.

The lands intended for sale serve, on the one hand, to liquidate the undivided common property and, on the other hand, to clean up the state’s land portfolio. The Ministry of Agriculture continuously supports Hungarian farmers’ access to land, in order to ensure that safe, high-quality domestic food is put on the table of Hungarian families, they wrote. During the land sale program, which will continue in December, more than 2,700, a total of 1,500 hectares of land will be offered for sale.
