AM: employment support in the poultry and pig sector more than doubles
The rate of income support announced to keep qualified workers in the poultry and pig sector increases from 200,000 to 500,000 HUF per employee. This year’s program budget will increase from 2 billion HUF to 2.4 billion HUF, the Ministry of Agriculture told MTI on Wednesday.
The Ministry of Agriculture emphasized that the changes require no further action from the applicants for support. For support applications submitted between 24 June and 5 July 2019, the industry will receive a higher contribution without further action. (MTI)
