Last year, AM supported farmers with about 800 billion HUF
Agriculture and rural development subsidies contributed about 800 billion HUF to the sustainable production of Hungarian farmers in 2019 – the Ministry of Agriculture (MTI) announced on Friday.
According to the announcement, the ministry proclaimed 2019 as the year of “construction”, and this was helped by the payment of about 800 billion HUF. This has contributed to further improving the sustainability and efficiency of agriculture, providing the population safe, wholesome food and increasing the rural population’s retention capacity.
