AM: tender opportunity for modernization of livestock farms for epidemiological control

The tender for the epidemiological modernization of livestock farms will be re-opened for pig and poultry farmers from 26 April 2021, the Ministry of Agriculture (AM) told MTI on Friday.

According to their statement, pig and poultry farmers have recently faced serious challenges. The emergence and spread of African swine fever and avian influenza have highlighted the need to improve the animal health standards of livestock farms, as the risk of various diseases can be significantly reduced through the use of certain technologies. However, such developments require significant costs for poultry and pig farmers.
