AM: The National Game Management Council has been established
The National Game Management Council held its inaugural meeting at the Ministry of Agriculture (AM) on 11 May, which plays a key role in formulating policy objectives for game management and shaping the unified position of game management, hunting administration and research professional and advocacy organizations in the hunting sector, the Ministry told MTI on Wednesday.
According to the announcement, the event was opened by Szentpéteri Sándor, Undersecretary of State for Forests, who said that the interests of wildlife management and the protection of state-owned wildlife should be discussed. The Council will have a key role to play in the coming period in order to ensure coherence. (MTI)
