AM: Animal welfare support for waterfowl farmers arrives in March
The 1.9 billion HUF subsidy for duck and goose keepers will arrive in March, Minister of Agriculture Nagy István said in a statement issued by the Ministry of Agriculture on Tuesday.
The head of the ministry emphasized that the ministerial decree had been published, on the basis of which the poultry animal welfare subsidy in the amount of 1.9 billion HUF would be paid to the waterfowl sector. The resource will be provided by the government in response to higher sectoral demands through a framework increase, they wrote. (MTI)
