Since 24 May, Horticulture – plantation planting and medicinal plant production support applications can be submitted, Nagy István, Minister of Agriculture announced. The planned budget available for support is 15 billion HUF.

According to the announcement of the Ministry of Agriculture (AM) sent to MTI on Tuesday, the tender scheme will provide for the establishment of new fruit and herb plantations, the establishment of irrigation systems and systems to reduce or prevent adverse climate impacts. In addition, farmers can apply for support for the purchase of harvesting equipment and machinery, the head of the ministry said in the statement. (MTI)
