Additional resources for the dairy sector again

The government is committed to the development of domestic milk production and milk processing, therefore the actors of the sector will receive additional resources for development and expansion in the next period, Erdős Norbert, State Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture (AM) said.

Government remains committed to dairy development

Erdős Norbert reminded about the subsidies affecting the field, in the period 2014-2020 the enterprises received almost 40 billion HUF in domestic and EU funds. He added that in 2021-2022 the Transitional Rural Development Program (RDP) and the new framework for 2023-2027 will already ensure that in addition to micro and small enterprises, medium and large enterprises can also receive support from this framework, the communication states.
