AM: the new Wine Act and its implementing regulations entered into force
The new wine law and its two implementing regulations came into force on 1 August this year, and the measures of the new wine law regulation, which contains significant administrative simplifications, will only apply from August 2022, Minister of Agriculture Nagy István said in a ministry statement on Monday.
In the name of one of the facilitations that is already in place, producers – contrary to the old rules – now have the opportunity to market the murci without analytical and sensory testing, the Ministry of Agriculture (AM) wrote.
