AM: Hungarian pálinka needs to be marketed at the world market
It is an important goal to market the best Hungarian pálinkas in the world’s leading markets- Zsigó Róbert Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (AM) said at the 79th National Agricultural and Food Exhibition (OMÉK) on Friday.
According to the statement of the ministry, Zsigó Róbert responsible for Food Chain Supervision welcomed the fact that the legalization, registration and certification of the concept of pálinka within the Excellence program and the national branding renewed the beverage consumption habits and redefined its place in gastronomy.
