AM Secretary of State: The Hungarian arable land is in good condition
In Hungary, the soil and arable land are in good condition in international comparison – Feldman Zsolt, State Secretary for Agriculture and Rural Development of the Ministry of Agriculture (AM) emphasized on Wednesday at the conference titled Soil Biological Results and Opportunities in Agriculture in Budapest.
In the opening presentation of the event, Feldman Zsolt pointed out that the condition of the soil is negatively affected by climate change, as well as if the farmer does not choose the right technology for cultivation.
He called soil replenishment a key issue that requires complex knowledge, technology, and innovation. (MTI)
