Erdős Norbert reminded that the coronavirus epidemic did not spare the food industry players, including the domestic commercial distilleries.
Over the last 15 years, the technological background, awareness, consumer image and prestige of the production of pálinka and pomace brandy have grown steadily – he added, including the expansion of pálinka cooking capacities, the knowledge of industry experts and the place of pálinka in higher gastronomy.
