AM: the ministry is doing its utmost for the competitiveness of the egg, vegetable and fruit sectors
The state’s margin of maneuver is influenced by Hungarian and EU legislation when influencing market processes, while the Ministry of Agriculture (AM) makes use of all possibilities and grabs all means to ensure the competitiveness of livestock farmers and vegetable and fruit growers operating in the Hungarian egg sector – Farkas Sándor, Parliamentary Minister of State wrote in a written reply to a parliamentary question on Wednesday.
The Minister of State responded to Gyöngyösi Márton (Jobbik), who asked, what measures of the ministry would help producers and buyers, because egg, potatoe, and fresh vegetable prices have risen dramatically. (MTI)
