The Havita-TÉSZ produces apple juice as well

The Havita-TÉSZ Cooperative involving 40 producers from Hajdú-Bihar county distributor of about 6 thousand tons of good quality apple per year, started the production of pressed apple juice – Szabó Imre, president of the Cooperative told at the press conference held at the Farmer's Expo in Debrecen on Saturday.

The uniqueness of the apple juice, that it contains no additives (colorings, flavor enhancers, sugar) or preservatives. The apple juice is prepared instead of the traditional tape compression, with molded gentle pneumatic technology used in wine-making, thus more fiber and vitamins remain in the drink – Szabó Imre explained.
