The AllergikerCafé for people with celiac disease was opened in Vienna
The AllergikerCafé founded specifically for people with celiac disease was opened on Friday in Vienna.
The store’s creators; a mother and daughter, Margaret, and Franka Rothaug suffer both from celiac disease and histamine allergy. “I'm Intolerant, but that does not mean anything” – sounds the motto of the business.
The components of goodies available in the store are quite a different from an average cake or menu. Anyone who wants to snack without lengthy consideration of the ingredients or have lunch or good Viennese sausages served with bread rolls, can do it there – of course in a gluten-free version. (MTI)
