Allegro, the leading player in the Polish e-commerce market, expects growth in 2026 as well: the company forecasts that GMV in Poland could increase by 9-11%, revenue by 11-14%, and adjusted EBITDA by 7-10%. At the group level, even stronger dynamics are expected: GMV +10-12%, revenue +12-15%, and adjusted EBITDA +9-13% are included in the expectations for 2026, writes Reuters.

The company performed in line with market expectations in the fourth quarter of 2025: adjusted EBITDA of the Polish business increased by 8.2% to PLN 1.05 billion, group revenue increased by 14.1% to PLN 3.43 billion, and GMV expanded by 9.2% to PLN 19.90 billion.

As part of its growth plan, Allegro also announced logistics developments: in 2026, it would install 3,500-4,000 new parcel lockers and further develop its network of depots and sorting centers. According to management, due to the increasing importance of international marketplaces, the group’s performance is expected to improve faster than the Polish market itself.

The company also announced that CFO Jon Eastick has indicated his intention to leave, citing personal reasons, but will remain in his position until the end of April 2027 or until a successor is appointed to ensure a smooth transition.
