Colgate-Palmolive takes over pet food plants from Red Collar Pet Foods
Colgate-Palmolive plans to pay USD 700m for three dry pet food manufacturing plants in the USA, currently owned by Red Collar Pet Foods.
The factories are situated in South Carolina, Oklahoma and Ohio, and they will be integrated into Hill’s global supply network, to produce dry pet food for Hill’s Science Diet and Prescription Diet brands.
