The party is on
…Peace I leave with you, my peace I give you… says the New Testament. But when will we really live in peace? – we may ask. Smart people say that in order to solve a problem we need to find the point where troubles began. In the case of the Retail Act everybody knows where this point is and when troubles began but despite peeling off onion layers ever since, everything seems to be getting more complicated. It may be an illusion to dream about peace but even the universe is seeking balance, so let us believe that things are different everywhere and this is true for the market as well. The question is who will find this balance and when, and if they finally find it will they believe it and realise that it could be no better. In any case there is a new situation and with the new regulation entering into force, the party is on once again. At the same time it is also sure that it may be no Opera Ball, but the party will be definitely on at our FMCG Ball in the Buda Castle Palace on 26 February. We hope all key market actors will be present and their positions will get closer to each other at the dinner table. We would be glad to meet you there!
