Consumer prices were 0.9 percent higher in November, than a year ago. Compared to October, consumer prices decreased by 0.1 percent – the Central Statistics Office (KSH) announced on Wednesday.
The annual rate of inflation of 0.9 percent is the same as the previous month's data, while the monthly decline in consumer prices was 0.3 percent in October. The monthly, seasonally adjusted core inflation was 0.4 percent, while the annual seasonally adjusted core inflation was 3.5 percent from November. Both indicators increased in November compared to 0.1 and 3.4 percent datas of October. (MTI)
