NRF lays down principles for AI use in retail
As retailers are adopting more AI tools, in the US the National Retail Federation’s centre for digital risk and innovation has formulated and published a set of principles, entitled “Principles for the Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Retail Sector”. The principles cover four themes – governance and risk management, customer engagement and trust, workforce applications and use, and business partner accountability.
