The founding document of the Hungarian Gastro Map Cluster has been signed

It is a common interest that Hungary to be able to provide safe food, with  the use of mainly domestic raw materials – said Kardeván Endre, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Rural Development (VM), responsible for  food chain surveillance and agri management, at a press conference in Budapest on Monday.

He pointed out that for the agricultural products produced in Hungary processing is the primary sale opportunity. Thus, the market success of the processors also depends on the farmers – he added.

The Secretary of State believes that the Hungarian Gastro Map Cluster’s idea that all the participants of the food chain to join in a common system, and appear at the e-marketplace is an excellent idea. (MTI)
