TRANSDANUBIA Kft. signed for approximately 24,000 square meters in the PT3 hall of the industrial real estate developer in Páty
HelloParks, the industrial real estate developer belonging to the Futureal group, has concluded its largest lease contract to date. In accordance with the agreement concluded with the domestic subsidiary of the international shipping and logistics service provider TRANSDANUBIA, the company will lease nearly 24,000 square meters of new warehouse and office space in its PT3 hall in Páty. The new tenant is expected to take possession of the building at the end of 2024.
The HelloParks Páty megapark continues to expand after the investor signed a contract with the international shipping company TRANSDANUBIA for about 24,000 square meters of new warehouse and office space in the 42,000 square meter PT3 warehouse hall, which is expected to be completed at the end of 2024. The Austrian-based company is moving to the HelloParks industrial park in Páty among such dominant companies as dm and Gebrüder Weiss.
The design of the rental property designed for TRANSDANUBIA will also include various office functions in addition to the classic high-bay rack elements and block storage. Construction will begin soon with the most modern warehouse technical solutions available today, in accordance with the strictest BREEAM standards.
