Discount actions in Slovakian stores
In the autumn the Slovakian chains’ struggle for costumers becomes more acute of this year. More and more stores are offering discounts; up to 50 percent, or well-known “pay two, three get” actions.
Each networks introduces new actions, such as one day long or a few hours long discount prices, when some kind of products are cheaper with 30-40 percent – told Lubomir Drahovsky the analyst of Terno market research agency. Such actions were in the Billa and the Hypernova stores. Tesco, however, chosen a different strategy by introducingt club cards. The card owner will be given a point after every spent euros, which points can be spent on any product – reports pénzcentrum.hu.
