Mayonnaise academy
On 10 September, Univer Product Zrt. held a gastronomy-history event called Univer Mayonnaise Academy. Lectures, games and a cooking show brought mayonnaise closer to participants. Today Univer sells one third of all mayonnaise (approximately 7 million kg) sold in Hungary.
