The visually and hearing impaired, people with limited mobility and people with autism can also learn without barriers on Coca-Cola Hungary’s free education platform
The website of Coca-Cola Hungary’s #énjövőm program has been updated, and it can now be used comfortably by people with hearing and vision impairments, people who use blindfolds and people with autism, without external help. During the multi-stage development, the Jamba Foundation, which provides training and career development opportunities for people with disabilities, was the partner of the program.
15% of the world’s population is made up of people living with disabilities and chronic diseases. Based on the latest 2015 labor market survey by the National Statistics Office, there are 680,713 people of working age (19-64) with impaired working capacity in Hungary, which is 11.3% of the total working-age population.
The purpose of Coca-Cola Hungary’s #énjövőm program, launched in 2017, to support the placement of young people in the labor market, is primarily to support young people between the ages of 16 and 35 in their placement in the labor market. The program supports participants in the field of job search, career choice, career change or business start-up with free study materials and the organization of small group personal workshops. Over the past years, the program’s target groups have been continuously expanded: since 2021, its priority goal has been to help people with disabilities to find work. The prerequisite for this is that the necessary knowledge is easily accessible and obtainable for them.
