AI and drones to improve Just Eat’s services in Ireland
Just Eat Ireland is introducing an AI assistant and expanding its drone delivery service.
This article is available for reading in Trade magazin 2025/5.
The AI assistant will be available in Ireland following a test period in the UK back in 2023. By using the new tool, customers can place orders via text message, as well as receive personalised recommendations. The drone delivery is a partnership with Manna Drone Delivery, with whom Just Eat has already done a pilot project in 2021. //
