AI-powered customer service at municipalities
Hundreds of municipalities in Hungary will soon have AI-powered customer service “colleagues”, who will be available 24/7 via email and phone and will respond within 5 seconds in any language. The solution is based on the Munipolis system and the AI administrator is able to answer even complex questions, forward urgent cases to the appropriate authorities and reduce the workload of office staff.

The main advantages of AI-based customer service – apart from its cost-effectiveness – are time savings, continuous availability, and accurate mapping of citizens’ needs
