Schnuck Markets to open AI-based salad bars
St. Louis-based Schnuck Markets is opening artificial intelligence (AI) powered salad bars in 22 of its shops in Missouri and Illinois – announced Picadeli, a food tech company that manufactures the smart salad bars. Sweden-based Picadeli runs more than 2,000 salad bars in 7 countries in Europe, and it launched in the USA in 2021.
