Ukraine and Russia punish each other with the import stop of Agricultural Products
Russia banned the imports of milk and milk products from Ukraine from Monday, while Ukraine has stopped pork imports from the neighboring country.
First, the Ukrainian authorities announced on Thursday that they stop the Russian pork imports because African swine fever has occurred in Bryansk and Orenburg, and in the region of Kursk. The next day, Russia announced that they ban the import of Ukrainian milk and milk products from 28 July, because they contain palm oil of unknown origin, which may pose a hazard to the consumers.
