Ministry of Agriculture: another help in the fight against frost damage
The call for the purchase of machines against spring frost damage will reopen, the Ministry of Agriculture told MTI on Saturday.
The Ministry emphasized that extreme weather events, climate change and, in particular, the spring frost damage are causing serious difficulties for the crop sector every year.
Adaptation to environmental conditions and damage prevention and mitigation activities are extremely important for crop safety and profitability. The Ministry of Agriculture is therefore re-launching the call for proposals entitled Support for Investments for the Prevention of Spring Frost Damage, published on 19 October 2021 under the Rural Development Program.
