Ministry of Agriculture must pay the compensation contribution by 15 September

Members of the agricultural damage compensation scheme must pay the compensation contribution by 15 September 2021. The deadline is the deadline for the receipt of the consent to the account of the Hungarian State Treasury, not the date of sending the amount or initiating the payment – the Ministry of Agriculture (AM) drew attention in its statement on Thursday.

Taking into account the size of the areas declared in this year’s single application and the cultivated crops, farmers were obliged to pay a compensation contribution, of which the Hungarian State Treasury had already informed the farmers concerned in its July decision. (MTI)
