Wines in the viccinity of Sümeg can receive a protected designation of origin
Wines and champagnes produced in Csabrendek, Sümeg and Sümegprág can receive a protected designation of origin of Sümeg from this year’s harvest, which will open up new opportunities for the wine region, the Minister of Agriculture said in his greeting at the Jakab Days in Sümeg.
Nagy István emphasized that the wines of Sümeg are excellent not only because of the natural conditions that ensure their uniqueness, but also because the winemakers create a quality based on dialogue and cooperation. (MTI)
