Minister of Agriculture: farmers need protection in the crisis in the agricultural market situation caused by the coronavirus

The coronavirus pandemic has clearly shown that the issue of food security has become more important in the eyes of European citizens.

But we can count on Hungarian farmers even in difficult situation, as even in extraordinary circumstances the food supply of the Hungarian people is ensured, Nagy István, Minister of Agriculture said at the informal meeting of EU agriculture ministers in Koblenz on Tuesday. (MTI)
