Chamber of Agriculture: frost damages can be reported until 15 April
The farmers can claim compensation for frost damages until 15 April; the notification of frost damages will be no longer be possible after the deadline – the National Association of Agricultural Economics (NAK) drew the attention in its statement sent to MTI on Friday.
The farmers should notify the date of the damage on the surface of the agricultural risk management system (mkr) of the Hungarian State Treasury (MÁK). Those days can be considered as frosty days, where minus 15 degrees Celsius or lower cold was measured in the area. (MTI)
