One of the important tools for adapting to climate change could be the use of the several centuries old agro-forestry production culture in Hungary – Fazekas Sándor, Minister of Agriculture announced at a press conference on Friday in Budapest.
At the presentation of the book “Agroforestry”, book – which is not only a pioneering publication in Hungary, but also in Europe – he said that agro-forestry is a production culture in which tree stock uses the land with arable crops, horticultural crops and even with animal husbandry. (MTI)
