Agri and food industrial unity in the VOSZ

The National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers (VOSZ) has established its agri-food section with 155 members, in order to strenghten the interests of the SMEs of the agri-food sector.

Kiss József, Section President and the CEO of the Hungarian Food and Nutrition Research Co. told that they are trying to solve the problems of the food chain, in the scope of members' relationship, breaking with the usual tradition of advocacy. In addition, they will undertake governmental and EU advocacy role as well.

We also learned that while the president is primarily responsible for agrarian relations, Szarka Balázs, president of Universal Group will be responsible for food companies. The first session will be held in Kecskemét,  next week. (by our colleague)
