Untaxed tobacco products were found by the NAV at a downtown phone store
The National Tax and Customs Office (NAV) and the police have found untaxed cigarettes and tobacco when a downtown telephone shop and its area were checked –according to the statement of NAV sent to MTI on Wednesday.
During the inspection, 3 200 boxes of cigarettes and 12 kilograms of tobacco were found by the finance officers who seized the products together with the car that was used for the transportation of the goods. The authority imposed an excise duty of over four million HUF – they wrote. (MTI)
