Tax Advisor: there are also tax-exempt cafeteria benefits this year
Most of the domestic companies do not take advantage of the cost-effective elements of thesystem, despite the more aqnd more expensive Cafeteria control system – the MAZARS calls attention. According to the international audit and tax advisory firm, with the review of the former compensation structure – annually, per employee – even tens of thousands HUF of unnecessary expenses could be saved by the employers.
Significant changes took place in the area of fringe benefits in the Hungarian tax system, from the 1st of January 2013, MAZARS points out. Because of the increased costs of fringe benefits, the importance of narrow range tax-free benefits increases. However, according to the experiences of the consulting firm that is still not exploited by employers.
