Tax evading grain traders have been charged with commodity traders in Komárom-Esztergom County
The Komárom-Esztergom County Public Prosecutor’s Office accuses a Komárom-Esztergom County prosecutor of two hundred million VAT fraud of building a corporate network to issue fictitious invoices, thus reducing his tax liability, the indictment informed MTI on Wednesday.
Prosecutor General Reszl Ildikó said that in 2011-2012 the company bought grain and feed from Slovak companies and then sold the goods on the Hungarian market. The VAT on the transaction was reduced to insignificant amounts by accepting fictitious invoices. (MTI)
