The modification of the vine-growing sector regulation reduces administrative burdens
From 1 April 2016, the issue of certificates of origin will be electronically available at the mountain judges. In this context, due to the electronic filing, a certified copy of the certificate of origin by the applicant is appropriate. The certificate of origin will be issued by electronically and on paper.
The viticultural and oenological data service regulation was changed last year as well as the order of issuance of certificates of origin, as well as the regulation on wine production, marketing and marking. The changes that were introduced in early October want to reduce the administrative burden on producers and mountain judges. (by our colleague)
