The ZEW index indicates an improved mood in the strongest economy of Europe
Economic sentiment further improvement in April in Germany. The ZEW index increased from 22.3 points to 23.4 points.
According to the survey of the Mannheim-based ZEW, German economic sentiment improves for the fifth consecutive month in April. The value of the main index increased by 1.1 points to 23.4 points, which is the highest value since the summer of 2010, although the improvement took place mainly in March. The views assessing the current situation have also improved. The value of the sub-indicator increased with 3.1 points to 40.7 points. (portfolio.hu)
