Walmart adds grocery feature to app

For many years Walmart operated two separate apps for general shopping and for grocery. Now the discounter is adding the function of its grocery app to its Walmart app. The updated Walmart app is being launched in phases, with some customers getting the new experience now. Walmart will deactivate the grocery app in the summer of 2020.
