Waberer’s has became the sole owner of its Logistics Company
The acquisition of the minority shareholding of Waberer’s-Szemerey Logistics Ltd. (WSZL) was closed. Szemerey Lóránd Győző’s 40 percent stake is now owned by the Waberer’s International Plc. – the group told MTI.
According to the statement, Lajkó Ferenc, CEO of Waberer’s, said that the transaction was the last step in the structural simplification of the group.
The change will have a value-adding effect for the company’s shareholders and will help regional expansion – he emphasized. (MTI)
