Interim CEO at Waberer’s
On March 23, 2020, the Board of Directors appointed Erdélyi Barna, the Company’s current Deputy Chief Financial Officer, as an interim CEO – Waberer’s International Plc. announced on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange.
Robert Ziegler, who has led the company’s transformation since early 2019, is retiring as CEO and resigning from the company’s board of directors.
On Tuesday, Waberer’s International Plc. announced the introduction of cost-cutting measures to offset the harmful effects of the coronavirus on the BSE website. (MTI)
