The Waberer’s-Szemerey Kft., which is 100% owned by Waberer’s International Nyrt. entered into a sales contract for the acquisition of the logistics and domestic transportation business of Gyarmati Trans Kft. – the company announced on the website of the stock exchange.

Waberer’s acquires the logistics and domestic freight business of Gyarmati Trans

The business unit of Gyarmati Trans performs refrigerated warehousing and transportation tasks in Eastern Hungary, primarily serving meat industry companies.

Following the closing of the transaction, Waberer’s-Szemerey Kft. is expected to expand its portfolio with a turnover potential of more than 1 billion HUF.
The transaction is expected to close after the start of the third quarter following the proceedings, they said. (MTI)
