The Ministry of Rural Development praises the hospitality decree

This mid-year a new business-friendly, regulation came into force that also guarantees high level of food safety – said Kardeván Endre, secretary of state, responsible for agri management and food chain surveillance at the Ministry of Rural Development on a professional forum in Budapest on Tuesday.

The Secretary indicated, that the Rural Development Minister with the regulation, wanted to ease the situation of workers in the hospitality industry, because in the past, three regulations regulated this area of ​​activity. The current regulation is simpler, makes the work of the catering units more transparent and simplifyes the administrative burdens.
