Top luxury hotels according to Tripadvisor
A B&B in Torquay is the best in the world, according to TripAdvisor’s 2019 Travellers’ Choice awards.
The 25 Boutique in Devon was given the number one spot, while four more of those in the top 10 were also based in the UK: Bindon Bottom B&B in West Lulworth, Dorset (3rd); The Grange Bed and Breakfast in Fylingthorpe, North Yorkshire (4th); Swallows Rest Bed & Breakfast in Brigstock, Northamptonshire (5th); and Hillstone Lodge in Colbost on the Isle of Skye (7th).
Andy and Julian Banner-Price, owners of The 25 Boutique, said, “We were absolutely thrilled to hear that The 25 has been named as the best B&B in the world.
“We love creating special and memorable experiences for our guests and receiving their excellent reviews makes our hard work truly rewarding.”
The awards highlight the top properties worldwide across nine categories: top hotels, bargains, B&Bs and inns, best service, luxury, romance, family, all-inclusive and small hotels.
